Trading Land Within the Estate

If you already own a 4096m parcel within Tato Estates (if you already pay tier to Matttt Li) and you would like to relocate to a different parcel, I will be happy to support a trade.  This means that you and I would do these things:

1. Inform Matttt Li (that’s me) that you want to trade parcels.  Get my agreement that this trade will be okay.  99% of the time it will be.
2. Claim the new parcel.  Do not do this unless you are immediately ready to complete step 3 below.
3. Immediately remove your possessions from the prior parcel.  Yes, immediately.  It won’t take you long.
4. Inform me that you have completed the trade.
5. I will reclaim your prior parcel & usually set it up for sale
6. I will transfer your tier credits to a new tier box

That’s it

QUESTION – Will I have to pay anything more?

• ANSWER – No, this is a perfect trade.

QUESTION – Can I have a day or a few days to pick up my possessions?

• ANSWER – Only if you would like to pay for both parcels.  If you want a trade, where you don’t pay any additional amount, then you must be ready to complete the transaction when you begin this process.  The alternative is that you purchase and pay tier for both parcels and then manage the sale of your old parcel at your leisure.
