If you are standing in front of 4 signs on a parcel for sale within the estate, then you are standing on a quarter sim for sale (16,384 sqm parcel).
When you buy a 1/4 sim within Tato Estates, you are actually buying four 4096 parcels. The tier for each of them is paid seperately.
How to Buy:
- Right click on land, and buy the land.
- Right click and pay each sign
- Steps 1 and 2 will grant you ownership and will handle the payment of the first month of tier. Soon after, Matttt Li will contact you to welcome you to the estate. :-)
