Matttt is a low-stress landlord, who will always help if needed, but doesn’t create dramas. I’ve had no issues at all. Everything works. I have lovely neighbours. It’s been a pleasure living there. The tier has come down twice while I’ve been there…. I know some people (on other estates) have horrendous issues with leasing space, so I feel very lucky that it’s been so easy for me. I’d have to say that Matttt’s organisation skills are a huge factor in this. If you are looking for a landlord, you couldn’t do better than Matttt. “I would highly recommend Tato Ah-States land to anyone wishing to purchase land in SL.  I own two parcels and have been extremely pleased with life here.  The price to buy the land is fantastically reasonable, and the tier fee per month is more than fair.  How often do you ever hear of a tier fee being lowered?  Almost never… yet the Tato Ah-States manager has lowered them several times since the creation of the estates.  Matttt Li, the manager, is accessible when you need him and a very friendly guy.  Another extremely nice feature of Tato Ah-States is the payment center at the Geo Dome.   One simply tp’s there to a board which has all the necessary information on your own parcel, and you just pay the board each month.  Very convenient. “Shortly after coming to sl in 2006 (with my original avatar), I bought my first land in Tato Estates.  Although the cost to “buy” the land was considerably more than it is today, the tiers were more than fair, and the estate owner, Matttt Li, was always timely in addressing whatever issues arose.  His covenant was clear and very straightforward, giving residents the freedom to create a home that reflected their individual tastes…. Although I have had to leave sl for extended periods since first joining, I always come back to Tato Estates.  I have compared Mattt’s tiers, accessed by *calendar month*,  to others all over the grid and have found his to be the lowest, while still giving residents full prim alottments.  Aside from Matttt’s stellar customer service, which has never waivered, the thing I find most impressive is that he actually lowered his tiers several times in the past year, giving more of us the opportunity to own land!… One can search sl for land with fancy landscaping, double prim counts, etc…but the bottom line is that no better deal or landlord can be found than at Tato Estates.   Thanks Matttt!!! ” - Caddy Zane
